Hi, I'm Dr. Aaron Fu, DPT, and my journey into physical therapy began long before I earned my doctorate. A serious injury in my youth left me unable to move without pain for months. That experience changed me. It gave me a deep respect for the human body's resilience, and a lifelong commitment to helping others reclaim theirs.

In my clinical practice, I've treated thousands of patients struggling with chronic pain, hypermobility, post-surgical recovery, and conditions like EDS & fibromyalgia. I've seen the frustration in their eyes, the exhaustion of trying treatment after treatment, only to wake up each morning with the same pain or worse.

Over time, I realized that traditional approaches were missing something essential: active strengthening during the moments we're already moving. We talk endlessly about exercises and orthotics that only cushion, yet every step is a chance to rebuild the intrinsic foot muscles that carry us. For many of my patients, this was the missing link.

So I began designing solutions that addressed the problem at its root: systems that stabilize, align, and truly support the body through every stage of movement and recovery. The result is RegenRx insoles born from years of clinical observation and patient feedback, built to help people find lasting relief and restore their confidence in movement.
